The Green Bay Packers’ quarterback Jordan Love seems like he’s on a well-worn path toward another questionable designation on Friday.
Gameday Decision Looms
Love participated in Thursday’s practice on a limited basis yet again. Afterward, head coach Matt LaFleur noted that a final decision on Love’s availability against the Vikings would stretch all the way to gameday if necessary. Love injured his knee during the season opener, and ever since, Malik Willis has stepped up to lead the team to a pair of victories in the last two weeks.
Injury Parade Continues
On the injury front, wide receiver Jayden Reed (calf, quad), cornerback Jaire Alexander (quad), defensive tackle Kenny Clark (toe), cornerback Carrington Valentine (ankle), and tight end Luke Musgrave (quad) were all limited for the second straight day. To add fuel to the fire, defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt (shoulder) was newly added to the report after a limited practice.
A Few Rays of Hope
However, it’s not all bad news! Tight end Tucker Kraft (shoulder), center Josh Myers (shoulder), right tackle Zach Tom (quad), and left guard Elgton Jenkins (rest) made noteworthy progress, moving from limited to full practice participation.
The Packers are in a crossroads, with star players like Love and Alexander shining a light on both hope and uncertainty. Will these warriors overcome their trials by fire? Stay tuned!
