Top Flex Picks for Week 15: Patrick Taylor, Adam Thielen, and Jordan Addison

With the fantasy playoffs in full swing, every decision counts more than ever. Week 15 is here, and for many fantasy managers, it’s a make-or-break moment. The pressure is on, and lineup choices need to be scrutinized closely. After all, starting the wrong player could mean the end of your season.

Flex Position Dilemmas: Finding the Right Fit

One of the trickiest spots to navigate in your lineup is the Flex position. It can feel like a guessing game, with few players standing out as clear-cut choices. The key is to analyze the opportunities within an offense and assess matchups carefully. This will help you make informed decisions that could lead to victory.

After diving into the rankings, we’ve pinpointed five players who deserve your attention in the Flex spot this week. If you’ve been wavering on any of these options, it’s time to make a decision and get them into your lineup.

Fantasy Football Week 15 Flex Finder: Sleepers who can pay off in the Flex position

Adam Thielen, WR, Carolina Panthers

Adam Thielen is back in action after returning from IR in Week 12, and he’s quickly become Bryce Young’s go-to target. Thielen has been a consistent presence, boasting an impressive 80 percent catch rate since his return. Over the past three weeks, he has not only emerged as the team’s No. 1 receiver but has also led the Panthers in targets and receiving yards multiple times.

Last week alone, Thielen commanded a staggering 32.4 percent of the targets, the highest for any Carolina WR this season. His ability to reclaim a high-volume role makes him a top-20 receiver, even against tough defenses like the Philadelphia secondary, where he posted 9 receptions for 102 yards. This week, he faces a Dallas secondary that, while improving, has allowed 100-yard receivers in two of their last three games. With his potential for high target volume, Thielen is a solid Flex option.

Elijah Moore, WR, Cleveland Browns

If you’ve been following the Browns this season, you know the impact of Jameis Winston’s arrival at quarterback. His aggressive style has transformed the passing game, with four Browns’ pass catchers averaging at least 7.5 targets and 11.9 PPR points per game since he took over. Among them is Elijah Moore, who has emerged as a key player in the slot.

Moore has consistently delivered strong performances, clearing 16 PPR points in half of his games with Winston. This week, he faces a Chiefs defense that has struggled against slot receivers, allowing the most receptions and fantasy points to them. With Moore running 60 percent of his routes from the slot, he could be in for a big day, potentially leading the team in targets and receptions.

Jordan Addison, WR, Minnesota Vikings

Jordan Addison is riding high after a breakout performance last week, where he racked up 8 receptions for 133 yards and 3 touchdowns against the Falcons. This impressive showing not only made him the WR3 overall for the week but also solidified his status as a deep threat and explosive playmaker. With seven touchdowns of at least 37 yards in just 28 games, Addison is a player to watch.

This week, he faces a Bears secondary that has been struggling, allowing 7.1 yards per pass play in four of their last five games. In their previous matchup, Addison torched the Bears for 8 receptions and 162 yards. With Chicago’s defensive woes, Addison is a compelling Flex option this week.

Patrick Taylor, RB, San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers are facing a running back crisis, with both Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason on IR. Rookie Isaac Guerendo was expected to step up, but after suffering a foot sprain, Patrick Taylor is now poised to take on the RB1 role against the Rams.

While Taylor’s experience is limited—he has only 14 carries this season—he’s stepping into an offense that has a history of turning running backs into fantasy stars. Under Kyle Shanahan’s guidance, any running back with a pulse is worth considering. The 49ers are coming off a dominant performance, scoring 38 points and racking up 452 yards against the Bears. With the Rams’ defense struggling, Taylor could find himself with ample opportunities to score.

Isaiah Davis and Braelon Allen, RBs, New York Jets

For our final Flex option, we’re going with a two-for-one special: Isaiah Davis and Braelon Allen. Both finished as top-24 backs last week, and with starting running back Breece Hall reportedly struggling with a knee injury, they could see significant playing time again this week.

Despite expectations that Allen would dominate the carries, the two have shared the load almost evenly, each with 16 opportunities against the Dolphins last week. This week, they face a Jaguars defense that ranks 28th in EPA per rush and has allowed the second-most fantasy points to running backs. As long as Aaron Rodgers can sustain drives, both Allen and Davis have the potential to deliver solid fantasy production.

As you gear up for Week 15, remember that every decision matters. Whether it’s Thielen’s target share, Moore’s slot potential, Addison’s explosive playmaking, Taylor’s opportunity in a potent offense, or the dual threat of Davis and Allen, there are plenty of options to consider for your Flex spot. Choose wisely, and may your fantasy team thrive in the playoffs!
